Cycling training plan geared towards high-performance cyclists or those looking to fine-tune their level to the maximum. A power meter is an essential tool, at least on one bike.

Consultations
1h videocall to discuss everything training related with a previous training assessment (no plan included). Previous training revision, future directions and everyday training recommendations.
Lactate testing*
Assessment of the physiological response to exercise, measuring blood lactate concentration at different workloads (watts) to adjust training zones, assess, and guide the entire process.
Strength-speed assessment*
In a specific gym exercise (squat), the maximum speed at which you can move different loads (kg) is assessed to prescribe training with greater precision.

After a very consistent performance during the first three stages and overcoming many challenges throughout the year, Josep managed to claim the victory in the Titan with an excellent final stage, winning the general classification by 16 minutes over the second-place rider.

Podium at the Tour of St Louis M50
Daniel is a master cyclist from Chicago who competes in the state and national road cycling circuit in the U.S. He has extensive racing experience in disciplines such as road races, criterium, and time trials. Even so, we have managed to improve his race performance, achieving several podiums in his category both in time trials and road races. In this case, we highlight the podium at the Tour of St. Louis, where we managed to maintain strong performance over the three days of the race, securing second place in the general classification.

I provide answers to some of the most frequently asked questions my cyclists have when starting the training plan. If you have any other questions, please get in touch with me.
All the information you need for training every day and competing under optimal conditions. This includes both cycling and gym workouts, nutritional recommendations during training and competitions, supplementation, race strategy, flexibility documents, guidelines for day-to-day training, and more. In short, everything you need for your training.
This will depend on each individual case based on factors such as your availability, training level, genetics, and goals. However, as a minimum, I would aim for training about 5 days a week; with less than this, you won’t achieve optimal results.
It will also depend on each individual case. In the case bad weather conditions, you can adapt the training to the indoor bike. If you can’t train, just write to me, and we’ll find the best way to adapt your training.
The payment is made in advance at the beginning of each month, via PayPal or bank transfer. Once the next month’s training plan is open, it is understood that the cyclist will continue with the training, and the next month will be charged accordingly. In the event of wanting to terminate the coaching service, you must notify the coach before the 20th of the last month of training.

Preparation of a winner of the Titan Desert Arabia M50
The recent success of our cyclist Josep Maria Gomez with a win in the Titan Desert Arabia, of the overall classification in the M50 category and three stages, was the result of his perseverance and dedication to training, along with a meticulous focus on four fundamental pillars: intensive use of the mountain bike (he is primarily a road cyclist), heat and hypoxia training, high training volumes on weekends, and a tapering plan tailored to the competition.
