You have different options based on your needs. If you have any doubts, feel free to ask which one would suit you best.

Home training

I’ll bring basic equipment to your home (resistance bands), and with this and whatever you have at home, we’ll adapt the necessary training. With a little creativity and knowledge, we can work on almost everything without specific equipment.

At the gym

It takes place in a private gym located within a cycling shop. The entire gym is reserved for you, equipped with free weights (dumbbells, barbells, pull-up bars, etc.), so you’ll have everything you need except machines.

Outdoor training

Similar to home training but somewhat more limited by location and resources, as well as weather conditions. However, if it’s your preferred option, it can also be done outdoors.

Hand grip strength test

Assessment of maximum handgrip isometric strength. Handgrip strength is related to the overall strength of the body and is also a good predictor of health status.

Strength-velocity assessment*

In a specific exercise at the gym (squats), the maximum velocity at which different loads (kg) can be moved is assessed to prescribe training with greater precision.

Anthropometry

Assessment of body composition (body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, etc.) using skinfold measurements, circumferences, and body diameters. An indispensable complement to guide the process of weight loss or muscle gain.

my answers

I provide answers to some of the most frequently asked questions my clients have when starting training with me. If you have any other questions, please get in touch with me.
Between 2 and 6. I would recommend starting with a minimum of 3 days per week, but it will vary depending on your goals, availability, etc. You can do as many sessions with me in person as you want, and I’ll guide you so you can do the rest on your own.
In the in-person session you have with me, I will guide you in the workouts you do on your own, providing you with templates with the necessary exercises or giving you the metrics you need to fulfill them. I can also advise you on nutrition/supplementation in cases of weight loss/muscle gain, where it will be crucial. That being said, I don’t provide complete diets.

It will also depend on each case. You can reschedule it for another day or look for a shorter or different alternative training session in case you cannot train outdoors due to environmental reasons, for example. If you can’t train, just let me know, and we’ll find the best way to adapt your training.

You can pay in advance each week or each month, or if you prefer, after each session in cash or via Bizum.
