Personal trainer in Barcelona
Home training
I’ll bring basic equipment to your home (resistance bands), and with this and whatever you have at home, we’ll adapt the necessary training. With a little creativity and knowledge, we can work on almost everything without specific equipment.
At the gym
It takes place in a private gym located within a cycling shop. The entire gym is reserved for you, equipped with free weights (dumbbells, barbells, pull-up bars, etc.), so you’ll have everything you need except machines.
Outdoor training
Similar to home training but somewhat more limited by location and resources, as well as weather conditions. However, if it’s your preferred option, it can also be done outdoors.

Hand grip strength test
Assessment of maximum handgrip isometric strength. Handgrip strength is related to the overall strength of the body and is also a good predictor of health status.
Strength-velocity assessment*
In a specific exercise at the gym (squats), the maximum velocity at which different loads (kg) can be moved is assessed to prescribe training with greater precision.
Anthropometry
Assessment of body composition (body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, etc.) using skinfold measurements, circumferences, and body diameters. An indispensable complement to guide the process of weight loss or muscle gain.

Jordi Sadurní Serrallonga
Pursuing two of my great passions, cycling and science, in the training. As a cycling coach, I help others achieve their athletic dreams. As a sports scientist, I’m always eager to uncover the hidden mysteries of nature.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Sport Sciences from the University of Barcelona (licensed: 68416)
- Master's in High-Performance in Cycling Sports from the University of Murcia
- Anthropometrist level 1 ISAK
- First Certificate Exam Grade A (C1) Cambridge University
Experience
- An athlete since forever, transitioning through sports such as basketball, football, running, triathlon, and especially cycling. With some periods focused more on strength training.
- As a coach, I have over three years of experience training cyclists of all categories and levels, along with personal training (gym).
- From 2020 to 2021, I worked as a coach at C2 Cycling Coach, and since late 2022, I've been running my own business as a cycling coach and personal trainer

It will also depend on each case. You can reschedule it for another day or look for a shorter or different alternative training session in case you cannot train outdoors due to environmental reasons, for example. If you can’t train, just let me know, and we’ll find the best way to adapt your training.

We schedule a time for one or several days per week. On the first day, we’ll discuss goals and experience, and then we’ll get started.
